Tomorrow marks the official start of the School of Digital Communications. I did this school last year and have been working in the communications department since. This year I’ll be staffing the school with Josiah Ritner. We are quite busy trying to get everything together but we’re both confident that this will be a great school. We have eight people on the school, 4 from USA, 2 from Taiwan, 1 from Sweden, and 1 from Canada. The best part is that all of these students have brand new computers this year. The school bought six new computers and software and two students are coming with their own laptops. The school runs for three months then there is an optional three month internship. During the school I’ll have the opportunity to teach several different programs. This will be a great stretching an growing time for both Josiah and I.
I also need to see more finances come in. As many of you know all of us on staff here at Reef to Outback are volunteers. It’s not always the easiest but I know this is where God has called me for this time. I know we hear this a lot but even $10 a month can really help me out. If you would like to support me financially please contact me. Thanks to all who have, and continue to support me.

Sara and I (Nick) have been married since June 2007. We volunteer with an organization called YWAM (Youth With A Mission). YWAM has close to 1000 bases around the world. One of those bases is Reef to Outback in Townsville, Australia which is where we are located. Nick currently works in the communications department and Sara works with the music ministry. We believe that we will be in Australia for a few more years to continue volunteering. Neither of us receive a salary from RTO (Reef to Outback) or YWAM for what we do. We must raise all of our own support through church, friends, family, and anyone else who is genuinely interested in helping us (if you’d like to help us please visit our ‘Donate‘ section).
