Quiche in the Kitchen

Making Quiche in the Kitchen

The Discipleship Training School graduated last week and my task was to make mini quiches. This was my first attempt and they turned out alright. Currently I work in the kitchen Tuesday and Thursday afternoons to help out with the dinner. This week I’ll be making ‘Satay Chicken with Rice and Vegetables’ on Tuesday and  ‘Crumbed Steak with chips and salad’ on Thursday. I think that good food on a YWAM (Youth With A Mission) centre is really important and will even keep people in missions longer. It’s amazing what our kitchen produces for only $3.25 AUD per person. It’s the cheapest meal in town!
