Days off are important. Everyone needs at least one full day off a week. If you don’t have at least one day off a week you’re working too hard. Sara and I usually hang out on Sundays and we always seem to make some kind of mini adventure for ourselves. Yesterday we went down to our favourite beach, Rowes Bay, and found a huge dead sea turtle. We had a BBQ to go to later that evening so I suggested we strap it to our bikes and have a feast. We ended up going with hamburgers instead. More pictures are posted on my flickr site.
