Step 2a One Time Donations

Write a note stating that the funds are for 'Nicholas Verwymeren' and include your full name and address for tax receipt purposes.

Fill out this form and attatch a voided cheque. Include a note stating that the funds are for Nicholas Verwymeren and also include your details for tax receipt purposes.

Fill out this form and attatch a voided cheque. Make sure put to put Sara Verwymeren where it asks for 'name of missionary'
